from Yesterday's Tomorrow by Starpilot

shine like the sun amongst the drapers and malcontents
beam like the stars in travel shooting into spirograph symbols
reflecting like the moon pulling feeling from the deep dark reaches
mercury is a yesterday, a trail away from pattern’s sway
jupiter, our forgotten older buddy sucking up meteors into giant ancient storms
watching cheron pass the weight to pluto distant and foreshadowed
shine like the sun from earthly delights and jovial fresh springs
climb the taco mountain to a lunar cycling tomato twist
find yourself inside
all that lives inside
everything inside
balancing laser beams we’ve tried
one single point of effigy and salt baked heat and light
dance in the lampshade eyeliners
early morning coffee loom spins jittybaby hums
glass shattering the sands of time
with hands of luminescent steel
cut away the absent minded vibrational ties with what we were
smoking cigarettes on foreign planets
echoing bodies foresee the unbeaten invisible pathway to the sun
your sun my sun we all go as one
trapezoidal parallels between many shades and hues of fun
finish the thoughts and frank whatnots
a drink a dream to untie the knots of useless thoughts
clothes made of shining stars to cover a body built of forgotten stars
no longer shall we need to be affected by misplaced items we’ve unknowingly haphazardly stored
respected weather, mother earth’s invention, a sometimes unseen gift of earthkind
we feel forgotten when we cannot love and feel our own drumming
nothing is ever lost or misplaced
we don’t need temples only the simplicity of unadulterated unconditional love
